Stevie May’s return to St Johnstone has finally been confirmed after a deal to bring the Scottish Cup hero back to Perth had previously collapsed twice.
The Aberdeen striker has always been Tommy Wright’s number one target this summer and his patience and perseverance was rewarded when May signed a two-year deal, with an option for a third season.
The 26-year-old is likely to go straight into the squad for Saturday’s Premiership clash with Kilmarnock.
