Aston Merrygold has said he is the “luckiest man alive” after revealing he and his partner are expecting their second child together.
The former JLS and Strictly Come Dancing star shared the news with a video on Instagram in which he and fiancee Sarah Richards dance energetically together to Pharrell Williams’ Happy while she puts her hands on her stomach.
The video ends with their one-year-old son Grayson toddling onto the screen holding a baby scan.
He wears a jumper that reads: “I’m going to be a super big brother.”
Merrygold, 31, wrote: “So we’ve got something to tell you, and the only way to do it is… 3 just became 4. (I really am the luckiest man alive!!!!!!!!) love from the Merrygold family.”
Rochelle Humes, the wife of Merrygold’s former JLS co-star Marvin Humes, was among those congratulating the couple on Instagram.
She wrote: “Our little baby is already dancing in there.”
The singer and his partner, a former backing dancer for JLS, welcomed Grayson in January 2018, shortly after Merrygold appeared in Strictly in 2017.
They became engaged during Christmas in 2017 and they have been together for around seven years.
