Gemma Collins has said she thought she “was dead” when she took a nasty tumble on Dancing On Ice last year.
The reality star returned to the ITV show on Sunday for the launch of the new series.
Bursting out of a giant present in a frothy pink dress, she yelled: “I’m back!”
Collins was one of the most memorable contestants of the last series, but had a rocky time in the competition, falling on her face and becoming embroiled in a spat with then judge Jason Gardiner.
Discussing her tumble, she said she had been thinking it was “a miracle” that she had made it through her routine without slipping over.
But then, she said, she went “too over the top” with her movement and fell.
“I thought I was dead,” she said.
“Matt (skating partner Matt Evers) was going ‘Get up, get up, get up’.
“I got up and thought, ‘Oh no, my life is over’.”
