Libby Clegg has pulled out of Sunday night’s Dancing On Ice due to injury.
The Paralympian said she was “absolutely gutted” about being told she could not participate in this week’s show.
It has been reported that she is suffering from gastroenteritis.
Clegg, 29, wrote on Instagram: “Absolutely gutted that I can’t skate tonight, I have been so ill this week so have to go with the doctors advice.
“Wishing all the other contestants the best of luck, you will all be amazing!!”
A post on the ITV show’s Twitter page said: “Unfortunately due to illness and on the advice of the #DancingOnIce medical staff, @LibbyClegg will not be able to skate on tonight’s show.
“Wishing you all the best Libby – we’ll miss you tonight, but rest up and we hope to see you back next week!”
Clegg is paired with professional skater Mark Hanretty in the competition.
Dancing On Ice continues on ITV.
