Audi has run a feather duster over its iconic TT, adding some styling touches and extra equipment, and making engines more powerful and efficient.
But Audi are not about to depart from a winning formula and the design changes are restricted to a slightly different front bumper, different alloy wheels, a rear diffuser and new paint options.
S-Line models now come with xenon headlamps with daytime running LEDs, while similarly subtle changes have gone on inside the car.
The biggest changes are below the bonnet.
The 2.0 litre petrol engine, for example, sees power raised by 10bhp to 208bhp, cutting the 0-62mph time by half asecond, to 6.1 seconds, and allowing it to break the 150mph barrier for the first time.
An energy recuperation system makes the TT more efficient during braking and coasting, while an efficiency display on the trip computer provides fuel economy data including information on which systems such as the air conditioning are affecting economy and telling the driver the optimum time to change gear.
