A special offers guide has been launched by Perth and Kinross Council in a bid to encourage more people to visit Loch Leven.
The 28-page booklet features over 20 money-saving offers from businesses near the loch, including hotels, coffee shops and bike hire.
It is hoped the publication Loch Leven Jewel of Kinross-shire will make it easier for visitors to explore and make the most of the area.
The guide is part of the Developing Rural Tourism project, supported by the European Regional Development Fund.
Copies will now be available from Loch Leven firms, VisitScotland information centres in Perthshire and the iPoint at The Pier in Kinross.
Enterprise and infrastructure vice-convener Ann Gaunt said, “There is a lot to see and do around Loch Leven throughout the year. It is hoped the special offers will tempt new visitors to the area and encourage them to stay longer, exploring the full range of things to do and see.
“The guide is also aimed at those living in Perth and Kinross and highlights the fact that a great day out can be had exploring Loch Leven and the many delightful villages and towns around its shores.”
Places of interest near the loch include the Loch Leven Heritage Trail, Vane Farm nature reserve and Burleigh Castle.
