Women in Dundee are being called on to put their best foot forward in this year’s Race for Life.
Organisers of Cancer Research UK’s Race for Life 2015 say signing up will be a great way to kick off the new year.
On June 21 the race will again take place in Camperdown Park and participants have the option of completing a 5k or 10k challenge.
Fitness is no barrier to taking part as there is no requirement to run, so people can walk, jog or even skip across the finish line.
Last year, around 3,000 women took part in Dundee Race for Life and raised more than £176,000, a key part of almost £2.9 million generated in Scotland at Race for Life events.
This year organisers are appealing for even more women and girls to stride out to help beat cancer sooner by taking part.
