The first alleged attack occurred around 1.20am in the High Street outside the Sunrise Chinese Restaurant. Then at about 3am another man suffered serious injuries following an alleged attack in Chambers Court, Kinross, by a similarly described man. Both injured men were taken to Queen Margaret Hospital, Dunfermline, for treatment. Tayside Police confirmed a man had been arrested in connection with the alleged attacks and is due to appear at Perth Sheriff Court on Monday.
