Lee Cyrus, also known as Ivan Leach, went missing on October 9, after being granted day release from a jail in Lincolnshire. The 47-year-old has a history of violent and sexual crime and is serving life for robbery. Tayside Police say there is “strong intelligence” linking him to the local area.
