Dundee’s singing taxi driver got the chance to duet with his musical idol Michael Buble in front of an audience of 11,000 people at the weekend.
Jimmy Smart’s habit of singing renditions of Buble’s hits to his faresturned the Dundonian into an internet sensation when they were captured on video.
Known as Jimmy Buble the Singing Taxi Driver, the 53-year-old was even asked to record a Christmas song at the Gardyne Theatre and, needless to say, opted to cover Michael Buble’s version of Let it Snow.

Jimmy was invited to attend a Michael Buble concert at Newcastle’s Metro Radio Arena on Saturday by the Canadian singer’s management.
