The group of school kids sang the unofficial national anthem at the Overgate shopping centre, surrounded by dozens of onlookers. This video of the group singing was posted on Facebook and viewed almost 25,000 times. One woman said: “Brilliant – their voices are beautiful and this brought tears to my eyes!” The school children were visiting the Overgate from the Jolaurabi orphanage in Kenya as part of the ‘Educate the kids’ charity project.
