Dundee United players watch the action at Xbox football tournament

A football tournament with a difference was played on the big screen at Dundee’s Central Library.

Around 70 young people joined in the Xbox 360 FIFA13 event on a cinema screen in the Steps Theatre. Dundee United players even showed up to see the tournament in action.

The event, to promote library facilities, also showcased the Show Racism the Red Card campaign.The library will also host manga cartoon drawing workshops on Thursday and Friday.

Central Library is operated by Leisure and Culture Dundee, working in partnership with Dundee City Council.
