The Just Listen campaign, by see me, encourages people in Scotland to talk about mental ill health, and to listen to what is being said. The Deacon Blue lead singer has joined a host of Scottish celebrities to back the campaign.

The campaign comes on the back of research which found that 40% of Scots would find it hard, or are unsure how to discuss or talk about mental illness, despite 61% of the population being in touch with someone with experience of mental ill health.
