His sister famously dreamed a dream, now Susan Boyle’s brother is hoping his own bid for global stardom can be realised in Dundee.
Entrepreneur Gerry Boyle has taken over Fat Sam’s Live in the city and has revealed his ambitions to create a television studio and performing space capable of attracting some of the world’s top talent.
Despite the failure of a previous business venture centred on creating a Las Vegas-style theatre in Edinburgh, Mr Boyle is confident of success on Tayside.
”We are looking for some of the biggest bands in the country to come and take part in the TV shows,” he said.
