An Angus woman breached her ASBO by playing excessively loud music at her flat in Brechin.
Lauren Yvonne Robertson, 20, admitted that on Friday she sung and stomped on the ground at her flat at Nursery Park, breaching an interim antisocial behaviour order granted on December 17.
During a police search of her property a bypass was found on her electricity meter.
When appearing from custody at Forfar Sheriff Court on Saturday, Robertson also admitted damaging the meter and stealing electricity valued at £446.
Depute fiscal Isma Mukhtar said the electricity company stated the meter would have to be replaced at a cost of £775 and estimated the stolen electricity at £446.
Sheriff Pino Di Emidio noted that Robertson was also subject to a high tariff structured deferred sentence and remanded her in custody for reports.
