A consultation has been launched on a new sports ground for Carnoustie.
A 2.25ha site opposite Carnoustie High School has been allocated for the development.
Angus Council is inviting residents to give their views about the proposals.
Options include the creation of two football pitches or one football pitch and a rugby pitch.
The proposals also include an access road and car parking, two changing room containers and an underground sustainable urban drainage (SUDS) facility.
The proposals can be viewed on the council website and in the library, access office, leisure centre and the high school in Carnoustie.
Residents are invited to an open meeting on October 8, where the council will outline the proposals and answer any questions.
Comments can be submitted online at archive.angus.gov.uk/sportsground, at the display locations in the town or at the public meeting at 7pm on October 8 in the Beach Hall, Carnoustie.
