Man due in court after incident at Arbroath ‘legal highs’ shop

Police say a man is due in court after an alleged raid on a controversial Arbroath ‘legal highs’ shop.

CID officers had been involved in searches after an incident at the Declaration shop in Brothock Bridge on Sunday morning.

On Monday evening officers said a man had been detained and was expected to appear at Arbroath Sheriff Court on Tuesday.
