The standard on show at the Webster Theatre in Arbroath has impressed judges, with more prized 90 scores being handed out. Lucy Crabb from Brechin picked up a 90 in the percussion solo for a combined 179 as she won the Kathleen Skea Memorial Trophy. John Kerr from Arbroath also took 90 in the Scottish Songs category to win the W McGregor Esq Gold Challenge Medal. Isabella Robb from Arbroath scored 90 for a combined 179 in the vocal solo girls event for 12-15 years. Full coverage of the festival as it draws to a close will continue in The Courier on Saturday.
