Falklands War veterans gather in Angus for tribute to fallen comrades

Former 45 Commando veterans who served in the Falklands War have gathered in Angus to pay their respects to their fallen comrades.
The veterans gathered for the annual service at the Falklands Memorial Gardens at Barry Buddon along with a contingent of serving Royal Marines from Arbroath.
Also in attendance were the families of Marine John Nowak and Sergeant Bob Leeming who were among the 13 men from RM Condor who never returned home in 1982.
The service was conducted by Kevin Proctor and the bugler was Jeff Smart with the roll of honour read by George Mechan, who was Sergeant Major of Yankee Company, which secured the Two Sisters hills under fire.
The men killed in action were Marine Paul Callan, Sergeant Roger Enefer, Corporal Ken Evans, Cpl Peter Fitton, Sapper Christopher Jones, Sgt Bob Leeming, Lance Corporal Peter McKay, Marine Gordon McPherson, Marine John Nowak, Marine Keith Phillips, Cpl Frank Spencer, Cpl Andy Uren and Marine David Wilson.
