Lee Ritchie (27), Weavers Close, Arbroath, appeared at Arbroath Sheriff Court for sentencing on Tuesday following the offence last year. Ritchie was charged with exposing himself to a child in a sexual manner. He was sentenced to a three-year community payback order with a supervision and conduct requirement.
