‘Pot-bellied’ man seen naked near Arbroath play park

Police are hunting for a pot-bellied man seen naked near a play park in Arbroath.

Officers say the man was seen in the ‘dammy area’ close to Spink Path at around 1.20pm on Saturday. A 45-year-old woman who was walking her dog reported seeing a naked man acting suspiciously in the park close to the wooded area.

The man is believed to be aged in his early to mid 20s, about 5ft 7in, heavy build with a ‘pot belly’ and has brown or fair hair in a style which the witness described as a ‘mop head’. He is also believed to speak with a local accent. At the time of the incident the weather was sunny and warm and there would have been a large number of people attending or passing through the area.
