Residents of an Angus town can now show their love for their surroundings.
Carnoustie Development Group (CDG) launched their bright “I love Carnoustie” golf umbrellas.
Chairman Peter Burke said: “We have obtained these brollies so everyone in the burgh can show their support for the town.
“Members of the CDG will be buying one, so all we need now is a little rain so all can wear their brollies with pride.”
Angus provost Helen Oswald said: “I was delighted to be invited to the Woodlands School Fairtrade cafe for the Fairtrade Fortnight launch, and at the same time take delivery of my ‘I love Carnoustie’ umbrella.”
The brollies are available at cost (£12.50) from the Fobel shop on Park Avenue.
