He also admitted breaching the terms of a previous community payback order. Solicitor Andy Lyall said: “First of all he’s remorseful. “At that time he was in a bad place, he had mental issues caused by legal highs.” Sheriff Pino Di Emidio said: “The report suggests you have changed your ways significantly. “The theft was of a fairly despicable kind, given where it took place.” He was placed on a community payback order for nine months, with 60 hours of unpaid work to be completed within that time.
