Autopsy report on Angus woman who died in Ghana goes missing
ByRob McLaren
The autopsy report on an Angus woman who is thought to have been murdered in Ghana has gone missing.
The revelation came at the latest court appearance of pastor Eric Adusah, who is accused of killing his Arbroath-born wife Charmain between March 18 and 20.
Detective Sergeant Divine Tormuh admitted the report could not be found at the morgue of the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital in Accra.
He added that the pathologist who composed the document was now in Cuba for a training programme.
The case was adjourned so police can make another attempt to find the report.
Charmain’s mother Linda Speirs described the latest development as “unbelievable”.
