A record number of people attended Arbroath Sea Fest at the weekend.
Around 30,000 people visited the two-day festival at the harbour as Sea Fest celebrated its 19th year.
Sea Fest Committee chairman Marco Macari said: “We are delighted by how well everything went at this year’s Sea Fest.”
Highlights included a demonstration by local chef Jamie Scott, who won MasterChef: The Professionals last year.
Other attractions included tours of visiting boats, lifeboat demonstrations, carnival rides, live music and around 100 stalls.
Chief Inspector Gordon Milne, local area commander for Angus, was very pleased with the community spirit shown at Sea Fest.
He said: “This was a fantastic weekend for visitors to the area and the local community, this is echoed by the fact that no crimes were reported during the event.”
