A man has appeared in an Angus court accused of stalking and breach of the peace offences.
Edward Boyle, from Glasgow, appeared before Sheriff Gregor Murray at Forfar Sheriff Court on a petition alleging offences under the Criminal Justice and Licensing (Scotland) Act 2010 relating to behaving in a threatening or abusive manner, and stalking another person.
No date or time for the alleged offences was given by the Crown at this stage.
The 37-year-old made no plea or declaration and was committed for further examination.
