Police search for driver of black Audi after Stracathro death

Police investigating the A90 collision which claimed the life Mearns businessman Barry McCrae are appealing for information about a car seen in the area shortly before the accident.
Mr McCraedied after being hit by a car at 2.30am on Friday.
Inquiries into the death are continuing, with witnesses stating Mr McRae was naked when the collision occurred.
In particular officers are keen to speak to anyone who may have seen a black coloured Audi car travelling southbound on the A90 in the early hours of Friday morning.
It is understood that the Audi A3 travelled from Stonehaven on the A90 before stopping at a lay-by just north of the Brechin junction, near Stracathro, where the collision involving Mr McCrae and another car occurred a short time later.
Anyone who was travelling on the A90 between 1.30am and 2.30am on Friday and who may have seen a vehicle matching this description, or the occupants, is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101
