Angus police say a missing 20-year-old man from Montrose has been found. Scott Watters was last seen at his home address in the town’s Condor Crescent around 2am on Saturday. Police had appealed for information to help find him, saying his disappearance was out of character. He was found safe and well at around 9pm on Monday.
