New images have been released by police during a manhunt for a robber.
The robber brandished a bottle of spirits at a member of staff at a Co-op in Forfar before making off with a three-figure sum of cash on November 3.
Officers want to trace a man who was in the store at the time of the incident and who can be seen in the CCTV images.
Police Scotland’s Tayside Division said the man was first seen acting suspiciously in the store at about 9.40pm.
He was loitering around the shopping aisles and the till area before leaving and walking away along Dundee Road, and re-entered the store minutes later.
He is described as about 6ft and wore a blue hat and a blue scarf that covered his face.
He also wore a dark jacket that had two breast pockets and epaulettes, grey trousers or tracksuit bottoms, as well as red trainers with white laces and white trim.
The man came up to the till, vaulted the counter and threatened the 25-year-old member of staff with a spirit bottle, before demanding that she open the till.
He then stole the cash and ran off leaving the woman shocked but unhurt.
Anyone who knows who this man is or who has information that could assist inquiries should call Tayside Division on 101, or speak to any officer.
Alternatively any information can be provided anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
