Craig Road at Ferry Den had to be closed after the accident which left the elderly driver with minor head and leg injuries. He was driving a silver Vauxhall Corsa and has been taken to Ninewells Hospital in Dundee. The incident took place at 7.40pm and the road was expected to remain closed until after 9pm.
