An Angus drink-driver may be facing jail after two offences in quick succession one while more than five times the legal limit.
Gary McCusker, 36, of the Maltings, Montrose, appeared before Sheriff Gregor Murray at Forfar where he admitted driving on August 8 with excess alcohol (116 microgrammes) and again on August 29 (92 mics). The legal limit is 22.
