Tractor loses wheels in accident with van

A tractor lost its front wheels in a collision with a works van south of Forfar this morning.

A male driver suffered a minor hand injury during the incident on the B978, which runs parallel to Tulloes Wood.

Emergency services attended at South Draffin Farm as the vehicles blocked the road after the collision.

Police confirmed attendance at 8.10am and the tractor and van were recovered by 9am.

Two fire appliances attended and helped a male driver out of the van.

It is understood no other injuries were sustained.
