Pedestrian Kenneth Robertson was injured in an accident with a Vauxhall Vectra on the B9113 on August 30. The pensioner was taken by ambulance to Ninewells Hospital for treatment but died in the early hours of Sunday September 23. A 33-year-old local man has been arrested and charged in connection with the incident.
