Bombardier Riaan Hardy – who is based at RM Condor – admitted using lewd and libidinous behaviour towards his victim in 2009. The High Court in Glasgow heard the 35-year-old abused the youngster at a house in Arbroath between July 1 and September 3 of that year. Hardy has been remanded in custody and will be sentenced next month after reports.
