Pupils meet potential employers at It’s Your Future event in Forfar

Pupils from across Angus met some of their potential future employers at a careers conference in Forfar.

Youngsters from every secondary school in the county visited the Reid Hall where they met representatives of different employers.

They got to ask questions and take their first step into the world of work as part of the It’s Your Future event.

Representatives from local businesses, including DC Thomson, manned stalls providing details on the various careers available.

From 5-8pm, parents, carers and families also attended, giving them the opportunity to fact-find alongside or on behalf of their children.

The evening session was also open to people up to 20 years of age not currently in education, employment or training.
