A North Sea mystery has been sparked over a Dutch vessel last seen in Stonehaven two weeks ago.
The alarm was raised by a Dutch national in a call to Aberdeen’s Maritime and Coastguard Agency on Monday morning raising concerns for the crew of the 15-metre Warnow.
The vessel had originally sailed from Holland to Middlesborough with eight crew onboard. She then continued to Stonehaven, where five crew disembarked.
On April 15, the vessel then departed Stonehaven, bound for Norway, with three crew onboard. They were expected to arrive on April 22, but no-one has had contact with the Warnow since the craft left Scotland.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Aberdeen coastguard on 01224 592334 or VHF Channel 16 or Medium frequency 2182 khz.
