Jayde Marshall, 26, of Milton Street, admitted the offence on September 21 when she was said to be under the influence of drink and drugs. The court heard she was unaware of ever travelling to Arbroath. Sheriff Paterson deferred sentence until October 29 for reports and bailed Marshall with a curfew.
