Arbroath man David Spink named as Ferryden motorbike crash victim

The motorcyclist killed in an accident near Ferryden on Monday has been named by police.

David Spink, who was 32 and from Arbroath, died when his machine collided with a works van on the minor Craig Road at around 1.45pm.

A police investigation has begun and, as with all sudden deaths, a report has been submitted to the procurator fiscal.
