Lorry and quad bikes stolen from estate near Stonehaven

A lorry and several quad bikes have been stolen from a Mearns industrial estate.

Police Scotland has appealed to the public for information after the vehicles were taken from the Rickarton area northwest of Stonehaven.

Police said the goods are valued at a “mid-five-figure sum” and were taken between 6.30pm on Monday and 7.30am on Tuesday.

A Police Scotland spokesman said: “If you have any information regarding the stolen vehicles please contact Police Scotland on 101 or if you wish to remain anonymous call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
