Some of the biggest names in world darts are to slug it out in an Auld Enemy grudge match in Angus.
Premier League star Robert Thornton, two-time world champion Ted “the Count” Hankey and Terry “Raging Bull” Jenkins are among the star names on the bill.
Colin “Jaws” Lloyd and Peter “One Dart” Manley will also be playing alongside Scottish international Alan Soutar, who comes from Arbroath.
The event is taking place at the Reid Hall in Forfar in August and will see Scotland going up against England in singles followed by a mixed doubles match.
The capacity has been agreed at 480, with 260 tickets for the balcony and 220 table seats.
Hankey, Jenkins, Lloyd and Manley make up the England team while Thornton and Soutar line up alongside Ewan Hyslop and John Henderson for Scotland.
The event is being organised by exhibition company Behind the Oche, which also sponsors the Angus Darts Academy. It has over 90 youngsters playing darts every week in Arbroath.
Ticket details for the event on August 17 are to be announced this month.
