An Angus pensioner who touched his private parts in full view of his neighbours has appeared in court for sentence.
Thomas Milne (69), of Leonard Street, Arbroath, was placed on a community payback order for 18 months with a supervision requirement.
Milne must also attend the Tay Project, having previously admitted performing a sex act while naked, in full view of his neighbours.
He admitted conducting himself in a disorderly manner at his home and committing a breach of the peace.
He had further admitted behaving in a threatening manner by repeatedly shouting and swearing.
A neighbour saw him in his livingroom window wearing dark clothing. When she looked back again his trousers were down and he was touching himself while looking directly at her and leaning forward out of his window.
The woman was disgusted and went down to her neighbour, who also saw Milne, and the police were called.
Two officers arrived and saw him standing at the window completely naked. On seeing police he drew the curtains and turned off the lights.
The officers found him under the influence of alcohol and he began to shout and swear when they told him he was under arrest.
