AN ANGUS aviation prints business has donated more than £2,000 to the RAF benevolent fund.
Squadron Prints of Arbroath raised £2,012 following the sale of signed and limited edition prints on the airshow circuit and across the world this year.
The business creates striking images of the world’s military aircraft, which are accompanied by detailed information on the plane, its squadron and its designated role in world aviation.
Company director Gill Howie said: “The fund is very close to our hearts and we couldn’t possibly have done this without the help of many Royal Air Force friends and family.
“Special thanks must go to all at RAF Leuchars, the Red Arrows, the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight and our own local Lorraine Kelly, who never fails to help when asked.
“The people of Arbroath cannot be forgotten either and their support through the purchase of the Arbroath Spitfire memorabilia helped increase the total.”
