Five fire appliances attended the Langlands and McAinsh packing company on the Seagate at 9.44am. Crews used breathing apparatus, a hose reel jet and a thermal imaging camera to extinguish a silo which was on fire. It was not thought anyone was involved in the fire and crew extinguished the fire by 10.32am.
