The man in his 30s has been taken by ambulance to Ninewells Hospital where he is being treated for facial and head lacerations. The accident took place just before 9am at the bottom of the Hilltown. A police Scotland spokesman said: “A male in his 30s was knocked off a pushbike in a road traffic collision with a car. “He suffered lacerations to his face and head and is on route to Ninewells Hospital. Both the car and push bike were still at the scene and investigations are ongoing.”
