An Arbroath man is to face trial accused of rape. Richard James Philip Forrester, 33, of James Street, appeared in private before Sheriff Rafferty in Dundee on Tuesday. He faces several charges of rape, assault and robbery, assault with a knife and breach of the peace, in various locations in Dundee and Arbroath. He made no plea or declaration and was fully committed for trial. Forrester was granted bail.
