Delayed Arbroath Road resurfacing work starts on Tuesday
ByNews reporter
The delayed resurfacing of Arbroath Road in Dundee between Claypotts junction and the Scott Fyffe circle is due to begin on Tuesday morning.
Changes to the traffic management will see the eastbound lane closed from 9.30am for up to five working days.
There are diversions via Douglas Road/Drumgeith Road/Baldovie Road, and these are signposted.
Both lanes of Arbroath Road will be resurfaced this week but the works are organised to always allow traffic to travel westwards into the city. Only eastbound traffic will be re-routed.
The works had been due to take place last month but were postponed because of forecast low overnight temperatures. Were you delayed by the works this morning? Let us know in the comments below.
