Woman fights off youths who were trying to steal her dog

A woman was forced to fight off dog-nappers with her walking stick during a terrifying weekend attack.
Two youths knocked the 51-year-old woman to the ground while attempting to steal her Yorkshire terrier in Liff Terrace in Dundee shortly after 3pm on Saturday.
The woman held on to her pet while resisting the attack.
Police say she was not badly injured, but was left extremely shaken.
Last seen walking towards Linton Road, the youths are described as male, 16 to 18, about 5ft 2in, slim and both wearing similar dark blue hoodies with the hoods up.
