A Dundee charity fundraiser is looking to bring the city’s fierce football rivalry together for a second time.
Terri Smith, 21, has planned a Dundee and Dundee United fans match for the second consecutive year in an attempt to smash the £4,000 total raised previously.
The game will kick off on Sunday September 7 at Lochee United’s ground Thomson Park, with a bouncy castle, face painting and cake stalls available for those who want to watch the action.
Both teams have been training separately, with the Tangerines supporters training at Thomson Park and the Dark Blues at Caird Park.
More than 84 people applied to take part, with only eight people on each team making the final cut.
Each player has fundraising targets that they must achieve as entry to the match.
