An ambulance crew was diverted from another call to an address in Balerno Place in the Douglas area of the city shortly before 9am. A spokesman for the Scottish Ambulance Service said: ”We had a 999 call at 8.58am. Our crew arrived at 9.01am. We had a sudden death of a male.” Police confirmed they had also been called to the address about 9.10am. The death comes after a 43-year-old man was found in a top-floor flat at Ancrum Court in Lochee around 9.30pm on Monday.
