A 27-year-old man was arrested after a car twice drove the wrong way on a busy trunk road in Dundee and Angus, causing a series of collisions and leaving one person injured.
The incident began at 12.40pm on Saturday when alarmed motorists in Dundee called police to report an Audi A6 being driven erratically and against the flow of traffic on the Kingsway dual carriageway.
Further 999 calls were then received as the vehicle continued in an erratic manner northwards out of the city on the A90 towards Muiryfaulds, about halfway between Dundee and Forfar.
